Buy the enquiry, not a subscription.
A homeowner in your postcodes tells us what they need. We pass it to one cleaning business — and you are the only one who gets it. You quote your own price and the job is yours to win.
Get enquiries in your area
Tell us where you work and what you take on. We'll come back to you about enquiries in your postcodes.
How buying an enquiry works
No lead auctions, no bidding against four other firms who got the same phone number twenty seconds before you did.
Exclusive by default
Every enquiry goes to one business. We don't resell the same job to your competitors down the road, and we don't run the same enquiry past several firms to see who bites first.
Qualified before it reaches you
Postcode, property size, job type, timeframe and rough budget — so you're not quoting a five-bed deep clean to someone expecting £60.
Wrong number, we replace it
Dead line, outside your area, or already booked? Tell us and you get another enquiry. No arguing over refunds.
Top up, no contract
Buy credit, spend it when you want more work. Stop whenever you like.
What you get with each enquiry
Every enquiry is qualified on the same six things before it reaches you.
-
Name and phone number
The person who filled the form in, and the number they asked to be reached on.
-
Full postcode
So you know the journey before you pick up the phone, not after.
-
Type of clean
Regular, one-off deep clean, end of tenancy, after builders, or something else.
-
Property size
One bed through to four or more, so you can price it before you ring.
-
Timeframe
As soon as possible, within a week, within a month, or just getting prices.
-
Rough budget
What they said they expected to pay — including "not sure yet", which is honest.
The replacement policy
An enquiry is replaced, free, if any of the following is true and you tell us within 48 hours of receiving it:
- The phone number is dead, disconnected, or wrong.
- The property is outside the postcodes you told us you cover.
- The job type is one you told us you do not take on.
- They had already booked another cleaner before we passed it to you.
- It is a duplicate of an enquiry we already sent you.
A replacement is another enquiry, not a cash refund. What is not covered: someone who simply chose a different quote, someone who stopped answering after speaking to you, or a job that fell through after you had quoted. That is the ordinary risk of quoting for work, and no lead service can take it off you.
Credit and top-ups
There is no subscription and no monthly minimum. You buy a balance of credit up front, and each enquiry we send draws against it. When the balance runs down, you top it up — or you don't, and no more enquiries come through until you do. Nothing renews on its own.
Enquiries are priced by job type, because an end-of-tenancy clean is not worth the same as a fortnightly two-bed.
Questions cleaners ask
How many businesses get the same enquiry?
One. When an enquiry is sold to you, it is not sold to anyone else. That is the whole point of the service, and it is why we ask you to be quick off the mark.
What if the enquiry is unusable?
Tell us within 48 hours and we replace it with another enquiry. Dead or wrong number, an address outside the postcodes you cover, a job type you told us you do not take, or someone who had already booked before we passed it on — all replaceable.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. You buy credit, and enquiries draw against it. There is no monthly minimum and no notice period. Stop buying credit and nothing else happens.
What details do I get?
Name, phone number, postcode, property size, the type of clean, when they want it, and the rough budget they told us. You contact them directly and quote your own price.
